Tom Livingston – President / Chief Operating Officer

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University in 1991, is an active member and serves in a leadership capacity on the MSU School of Human Sciences Advisory Board, an Advisor for the MSU Office of Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer, and is an active participant in the Family Counts (a part of Lifeline Children Services), as both a mentor and as a classroom teacher.

Tom Livingston has nearly three decades of business experience in the arenas of retail, E-commerce, manufacturing, supply chain and product development. Tom has served in roles as Chief Operations Officer, Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of Retail, and Vice President of Operations over the course of his career. He is also a business coach and an “Implementor” for EOS (Entrepreneur Operating System), which is a system and set of tools to help individuals and teams “get what they want” out of their career and business/organization. All of Tom’s experiences have served to fuel his passion for developing businesses, individuals, and teams—helping others reach their potential.

Tom is an active member of his church and resides in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, with his wife, Jenny. They have two grown and married children, Hannah and Lauren.

 

 

Dr. Robert (Bob) Foster— Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Foster graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and received his doctorate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Medicine. His internal medicine training was completed at the University of Texas Southwestern Health Science Center in Dallas where he received the John S. Miller award for outstanding performance as a house officer. Upon completing his cardiology fellowship training at UAB in 1997, he joined the Birmingham Heart Clinic as an interventional cardiologist where he continues to practice and serve as president.

Dr. Foster is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology, as well as extending his interest in venous disease becoming a Diplomat of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. Following his passion to teach, he is a trainer for multiple interventional devices and serves as Chairman of the Birmingham - New Cardiovascular Horizons Annual Meeting.

Dr. Foster is a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions.

Bob and his wife, Donna live in Birmingham Alabama and have three grown children.

Michael Jackson – Chief Financial Officer

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the School of Business University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1973.  He was employed with Consolidated Pipe and Supply Co., Inc. (CPS) from 1969 to 1976 during which the corporation grew from about $12 million in sales to over $100 million in sales.  He was given the opportunity to work in sales, credit management, setting up new branches, designing the computer systems and as a corporate problem solver working directly for the president of CPS.  In 1976 he started his career in public accounting and formed his own CPA firm in 1978.  The firm is now Jackson, Howard & Whatley, CPA’s with about 1,200 family clients and about 400 business clients.  The focus of his career has been to help entrepreneurs be successful. 

Mike and his wife Marilyn reside in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. They are active members of the Church in Liberty Park where he served as the church finance chairman and as a youth Bible study leader for forty years.  They have two sons, Mike and Roger, who are married with two children in each family.
